Ranch Remodel

Full remodel for a first time home buyer! We completely gutted this ranch from the inside out. Installed a 22’ beam to open up what was two bedrooms into a nice open concept kitchen/living room space. Added another bedroom in the old living room, hardwood floors got patched in throughout, then sanded and finished with a nice dark stain. Full new kitchen with all new appliances, tile backsplash and quartz countertops. Gorgeous tile shower with glass entry door. We framed in the car port to convert it into a garage and resided the entire house along with a beautiful new roof.
